5.2.2.2 Priming Exercise

The priming exercise is a continuation of the warm up. It is the first weight bearing exercise done within your session. It is done to promote speed or technical prowess.

Exercises within this section are things like:

- Jerks
- Snatch Balance
- Work from the hang

These exercises should be done for 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps at not more than 70%.

Once the priming exercises have been done you will feel ready to smash up some Big Weights!
