Planning a month or effective 4-week training phase can be challenging. Expecting linearly positive results is not realistic for an establisher lifter. I have seen people who plan to put on 5 kgs every week. This means in a 12-week program they would expect to have put 60 kgs on their lifts. This is unrealistic.
